Lubos Kol joined Chateau Nine Peaks in April 2023 as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Lubos is Slovak, has engineer’ s degree from Slovak agriculture university in Slovakia, post-graduate qualification in sales and marketing from INSEAD and Agrobusiness Leadership Plus qualification from Purdue University. During his professional career Lubos worked for international companies like Monsanto, Syngenta and RWA in the sector of seed, crop protection, commodity trading. By joining Chateau Nine Peaks Lubos is keen to contribute to the company’s further growth with his professional agronomical skills in vine management, but also with his experience in the area of marketing, sales and general management.
