Vineyard Management
 

Soil Management

Plant grass naturally, increase soil organic matter, and loosen soil.
Do soil analysis on a regular basis and apply fertilizer on demand, mainly organic fertilizer.
The soil is turned 60cm deep twice a year to ensure soil permeability.

Vine Form Management

Using Guyot / Poussard/Cordon pruning method according the behavior of the grape varieties.
The advantages are good for the vine renewal, yield control, vertical distribution of branches, good ventilation and light transmission.

Canopy Management

The stilts stand upright, the branches are upright, airy and transparent.
The foliar canopy is upright for easy mechanized operation.

Yield Management

Yield is controlled at 400-450kg per mu. On average, one cluster is retained on each branch to ensure the best grape quality.

Plant protection

Observe the dynamics of the condition at any time, focusing on prevention.
Choose safe chemicals and use them with natural chemicals such as Bordeaux Mixture and lime-sulfur.
3 sprayers which were imported from France are mainly used for spraying chemical for disease prevention.

Nursery of grafted plants

In 2013, imported the rootstock, Ω grafting machine, wax dissolver, grafting wax and other materials and equipment from France, and started seedling cultivation under the guidance of French planting consultant Eric Moro.
The scion is taken from the grape varieties in the vineyard (the varieties and clones which were imported from France are pure), And 50 mu of rootstock is established in the nursery and the main varieties are 3309C / 111, 110R / 152.

Mechanized Operation

Two Lamborghini tractors, one Deutzfar tractor, and seven domestic tractors.
Combined with supporting equipment, it mainly completes spraying, ploughing, fertilizing, mowing, weeding and topping.
